Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyse your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.

3.2 Server log files

The provider of this website is Strato, which automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically collects and keeps for some time. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

If no business relationship arises between you and us, we delete your contact data.

3.4 Social media

We use the plugin Shariff, which was developed by the computer magazine c’t, these share buttons are DSGVO-compliant.

Excerpt from the plugin description:

The original share buttons automatically send information about their own visitors to the social networks. It is not necessary for them to actively click on one of the buttons, but this already happens in the background when the page is called up. The users have no choice whether they want to send information to Facebook and Co. or not. The German computer magazine c’t has therefore developed “Shariff” (ʃɛɹɪf), which can be used to integrate privacy-compliant sharing buttons that meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO – Directive (EU) 2016/679). 3.5 Friendly Captcha

The Friendly Captcha tool is used on this website. This is offered by Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3-5, 82237 Woerthsee.

The plugin prevents automated and abusive requests by so-called bots. As part of this process, your IP address is captured by Friendly Captcha in order to send a cryptographic task to your end device. This task is solved in the background and once solved, a confirmation is sent by Friendly Captcha to the server that this is a natural person.

Friendly Captcha processes and stores the following data in the above process:

  • Anonymised IP address of the requesting computer
  • Information about the browser and operating system used
  • Anonymised counter per IP address to control the cryptographic tasks
  • Website from which the access took place (so-called referer URL)

The data is used to protect against bots.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO to prevent abusive access or spam attacks by bots. If personal data is processed when using Friendly Captcha, it is deleted after 30 days.
